Three years ago, I contacted The Concrete Team about some settling issues with my stamped concrete pool patio that had created a trip hazard in several high-traffic areas. They came out, evaluated the problem, and provided an estimate, but I never moved forward with the work at that time.
After this past winter, the settling became noticeably worse. With a graduation party approaching, I wanted to get the issue fixed before guests arrived and risked tripping or falling. Jim and Mike did an absolutely outstanding job on our front sidewalk and the garage floor entrance. They had to drill holes in our front sidewalk and then pressure install concrete underneath to raise them back up to the correct level. Not an easy task. But this was done exceptionally well. Then they applied an epoxy surfacer to even out all the salt erosion that had been happening.
